The contemporary social pattern of different societies is seemingly civilized where one region of the world is making enough development so that other regions can receive such development as well. This paper aims to relate the article with core social concepts such as sociological status-quo including functionalism, social disorganization, conflict school of thought, fascism, racial discrimination etc. The author has presented us with a modern day example of the racial discrimination in the name of blacks and whites. The author has noted about the bonus points that were being given to the students belonging to lower-socio economic background. But notably it has been measured that the classification of colored students from lower socio-economic background are not considered as eligible for such bonuses.
