I think most of us have been taught about ethics and about doing the right thing since we were little. However, it does get tricky once we are in the business world. Sometimes we feel that as employees if nobody is watching we could get away with acting unethical in one way or another to solve a problem. I feel that business should really incorporate ethics and it should start with management so the rest of the employees can follow by example. The company as a whole should be viewed to have good values and ethics by consumers. Once a business is known for being unethical it will be more than likely always be viewed like that since people and customers always remember the negative side. I would not be able to work for an organization that is unethical as I would not want someone acting unethically towards me.
