Your midterm paper asks you to evaluate the extent to which the American Revolution was truly revolutionary by examining the experience of one group in American society – women, enslaved and/or free people of color, Native Americans, or common white men.
In a short paragraph posted to the discussion board, briefly lay out your thesis and explain why the American Revolution either was or was not revolutionary for your chosen group. Once you have posted your thesis, you must respond to AT LEAST one other student’s post, either to agree with and build on their post, or to challenge their thesis and offer an alternative interpretation.
