Allocate the FIT, SSN, MED, NYS and NYC amounts (based on the total) per pay period on “Sheet 3” of the attached for each employee.
For instance, the FIT for Matt BL for the period was $193.92. That total is 7% of the wages (the wages will always be the denominator). Each pay period needs to have 7% withholding. You will do the same allocation for each category and the sums need to equal the highlighted number in column J. The payroll details are on the pdf file so you can see the source data and tie the wages back to the individual. The amounts summed for each category will be the same but the data will change within the sheet.
