In the end, they will utilize these skills to the best advantage of the whole team. Starbucks business model demands different skills for various parts of operations. Studies indicate that Starbucks demonstrate the power of teamwork, which maximizes output and quality of output (DeCenzo, Robbins & Verhulst 2012).
